DeepO-GlcNAc is a web server that could predict O-GlcNAcylation sites from protein sequence. The proposed predictor is based on a novel method called DeepO-GlcNAc,which based on combining convolutional neural network, attention mechanism, and long short-term memory network, a mixed multi-layer deep learning prediction model DeepO-GlcNAc was constructed to predict O-GlcNAcylation sites. It's AUC could achieve 0.91 for O-GlcNAcylation sites through 10-fold cross-validation and independent test,respectively. Enjoy :)
